2. Shipping Time

Order Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days. 
Due to special circumstances in some areas, shipping time may be extended. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time and provide real-time tracking information during transportation.

3. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: Free shipping for orders over $65, and a flat rate of $7.5 for less than this amount.
Free Shipping: For eligible orders (orders over $65), we will provide free standard shipping services.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to track your package on our logistics partner’s website.

5. Shipping Company

We work with several well-known shipping companies and the delivery methods are as follows: DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, UPS.
Depending on your location, we will choose the most suitable shipping company to deliver your order.

6. Shipping Delays

Although we will do our best to ensure on-time shipment and delivery, shipping may be delayed due to factors such as weather, natural disasters, public holidays, holiday peaks, etc. If shipping delays occur, you can always get the latest status of your package through the order tracking information.

7. Undeliverable and Returned

If the package cannot be successfully delivered (such as due to the wrong recipient address, no one to receive it, or failure to collect the package on time), the shipping company may return the package. Returned packages may incur additional charges, which we will communicate with you and charge accordingly.

8. Wrong Address

Please ensure that you provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses. If you discover that the address is incorrect before your order is shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to correct it.
