1. Return Policy

Return Period: If you are not satisfied with your home furnishings purchase, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be in unused, undamaged condition and in good packaging.

Return Conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging and tags.

For damaged or defective products, you can choose to return or exchange them. Please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving the product.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a return authorization and inform you of the detailed steps for return.

Please send the product back to the specified address and keep the mailing receipt. Return postage is usually borne by the customer unless it is due to quality problems of the product itself.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method. Refunds are usually issued within 7-10 business days.


2. Exchange Policy

Exchange Period: Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Exchange Conditions:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are limited to the same product or products of equal value. If you wish to exchange for a different style or color, you will need to return the product and place a new order.

Exchange Process:

Please contact customer service to indicate the product you wish to exchange and the style or color you wish to exchange.

We will provide you with an exchange authorization and, if the product is eligible, we will arrange the exchange process for you.

Please follow the return process to send the product back to us and ensure that the product is in new condition.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for exchange, the new product will be shipped to you.


3. Returns and Exchanges in Special Cases

Damaged Products: If the product you received was damaged during transportation, please contact customer service immediately and provide photos of the damaged part. We will provide you with a return or exchange service and cover the relevant shipping costs.

Wrong product: If we send the wrong product, you can apply for a return or exchange, and the shipping cost will be borne by us.

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

Clearance items, special items (unless there is a quality problem)


4. Refund processing

The refund will be returned to your account according to the original payment method. The refund processing time is generally 7-10 working days, and the specific time will vary depending on your payment method.
